These services integrate with the Banner Finance system to streamline budgeting, purchasing, and financial management.
While Human Resources staff manage day-to-day operations within the Banner HR module—such as employee records, payroll, benefits, and position control—the Banner Team primarily supports the underlying data infrastructure. This includes maintaining and enhancing the HR Data Mart, which provides comprehensive workforce reporting and analytics capabilities used by HR, Payroll, and executive leadership. The Banner Team also ensures secure data integration with third-party systems such as PeopleAdmin and ADP.
The Banner Student module supports the full student lifecycle—from application to graduation—including admissions, registration, academic records, degree planning, and financial aid processing.
