Service Overview:
While Human Resources staff manage day-to-day operations within the Banner HR module—such as employee records, payroll, benefits, and position control—the Banner Team primarily supports the underlying data infrastructure. This includes maintaining and enhancing the HR Data Mart, which provides comprehensive workforce reporting and analytics capabilities used by HR.
