Service Overview:

With this service, you can make the following requests for network printers and student printing (RAMPrint).  This service applies to university-owned printers only.

  • Access to a network printer
  • Refill toner (RAMPrint only)
  • Unable to print or service down (RAMPrint only)
  • Review for Reimbursement (RAMPrint only)

Desktop printers are no longer supported. Please contact business services to request a network Ricoh printer.
