WSSU's IT department provides comprehensive support for campus technology infrastructure, including computers, printers, devices, and servers. This service covers setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of hardware to ensure reliable performance. Our goal is to provide faculty, staff, and students with the tools and resources they need for academic and administrative success, with dedicated support for both individual devices and larger server systems.

Computer Equipment Relocation

Provide assistance with disconnecting and reconnecting workstations for an office relocation.

Computers, Devices, and Accessories

With this service, you may request the following services for University-owned computers, devices, and computer accessories: setup, improve performance, remove computers, computer lab setup, request equipment for a new hire, and/or report an issue.

Hardware Technology Quote

With this service, you can request a quote for new hardware technology for university use.

Laptop Loaner Request

Laptop loaner program for WSSU students in good standing.

Printers

Request assistance with installation, troubleshooting and configuration support for WSSU printers.

Server Support

This service address all support related to: new server creation, server administration, monitoring, client access, and data backups.
