Degree Works is a web-based, degree-auditing and tracking tool which enables students and advisors to evaluate academic progress towards graduation in accordance to College and major requirements outlined in the College Catalog. This tool will allow students to quickly and easily identify which requirements have been satisfied, and which requirements are outstanding.

In addition, Degree Works can be used to perform a “what-if” analysis to determine how current coursework on a student transcript would be used if a different major was selected.

AdmissionPros is WSSU’s customer relationship management (CRM) system used to manage all aspects of the recruitment and enrollment cycle. This service request can be used to report problems or submit requests related to the AdmissionPros system.


Employees can request access to the TouchNet system for Marketplace store creation or to have a merchant code created.


A Microsoft Forms-based leave request system that allows employees to submit time-off requests for manager approval. Approved requests can be added to either the manager’s calendar or a shared department calendar for easy tracking.
