Service Overview:
Please place this request at least 5 days prior to the actual relocation date.
This service is designed to provide:
- Proper setup and configuration of devices when moved from one location to another.
- Proper tracking of IT assets.
- Assistance to the customer, who may otherwise attempt to move the device on their own.
In addition to submitting this request, you must have boxes available to move any extra equipment (mouse, keyboard, webcam, cables, and desk phone).
Furniture relocation requests should be arranged with the Facilities department.
