Service Overview:
The service is designed to allow requestors to either request access to Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Sign or receive assistance in troubleshooting any issues encountered while using these applications. Users can submit requests for new licenses, report problems with software functionality, seek guidance on software installation, or obtain help with specific application features.
