Computers, Devices, and Accessories

 

Service Overview:

With this service, you may request the following services for University-owned computers, devices, and computer accessories (e.g. mouse, monitors, webcam, headsets)

  • Report an issue with your computer or device
  • Request equipment for a new hire
  • Request replacement accessories (if inventory is available)
  • Improve computer performance
  • Remove old or unused computers
  • Computer lab setup and maintenance
  • Antivirus

The university does not support personal devices of faculty, staff, and students.

Compatibility issues with network connectivity and university-provided software may occur on devices that do not meet the Minimum Requirements specified. 

To request consultation on new hardware and software, please submit a Hardware Advisory or Software Advisory request.
