Service Overview:
This service allows requestors to share their business process or challenge so we can identify hardware solutions that may best support their needs. With this information, we can evaluate which existing hardware options could be a potential fit. After reviewing the request, we will determine whether it should proceed as a standard service request or if it requires a broader scope and should be treated as a project request. This ensures the right level of support and resources are allocated to meet the requestor’s needs effectively.
