The MyWSSU student portal provides single sign-on access which empowers students to access their WSSU information is a "One-Stop Shop"

Now there is a new Mobile app for the MyWSSU portal.  To get the app, visit the app store for you mobile device. Then search for WSSU and look for the MyWSSU app.  Download the app and use your normal WSSU credentials.  It's that simple to use MyWSSU anywhere and everywhere.

Zoom Cloud Retention Guidelines

Due to an unprecedented use of Zoom and exponential growth of cloud recording storage, a retention period for retaining Zoom cloud recordings has been planned for fall 2022. Effective October 1, 2022, Zoom cloud recordings will be retained for 120 days from the time the recording was save in the cloud. The OIT (Office of Information Technology) is asking all Zoom users to voluntarily manage their cloud recordings to help reduce cloud storage space.

Zoom Error 5003

There are 2 types of Zoom accounts - the Free Zoom and the Company Zoom. The free Zoom is not tied to any organization other than Zoom. The Company Zoom is a paid service used by organizations where its users get access to premium features and services that Zoom provides to paying customers and corporate accounts. For corporate users, you will have to log into the Zoom domain for your premium account.
