Call Center Services (Configuration and Reporting)

With this service, you may request a comprehensive range of support to ensure efficient and effective communication while operating a Call Center on campus.

Campus Phones Moves, Adds, Changes, Repairs, and Voicemail Support

Add new, move, change, repair a desktop phone, request new features, change phone display name, or reset voicemail

Mobile Device Service

With this service, you can request new service/device, transfer existing services to another WSSU employee, upgrade existing WSSU mobile device, cancel/suspend existing service, and/or request assistance with an issued device.
