Service Overview:
This service provides support for staff access and configuration needs within the StarRez Residential Management System. Users can submit requests to obtain or modify access permissions required to perform their job functions effectively. In addition to access requests, users may also request configuration changes or updates to support departmental workflows and operational needs.
Please note that inquiries or issues related to room assignments or meal plans should be directed to the Housing and Residence Life or Business and Auxiliary Services offices.
