Service Overview:
This service provides support for configuration-related requests within the StarRez Residential Management System. It is intended for users who require technical assistance to ensure the system is functioning as expected in support of departmental operations.
Examples of supported configuration requests include:
- Inability to log into the StarRez system
- Adjustments to import or export file formats
- Workflow or system setting modifications
This service does not handle student-specific inquiries related to room assignments or meal plans. Such matters should be referred to the Housing and Residence Life or Business & Auxiliary Services offices.
