Non-Banner Application Support


Service Overview:

Support for all non-Banner applications: ACL, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash Player, Alertus, AXIS TV, Cerberus FTP, CS Gold, Deep Freeze, DocuSign, Fusion, EAB Navigate, Web Browsers, Java, KACE/KBox, Kahoot, Legal Files, Mainsaver, Maxient, McAfee Antivirus, Medicat, Millennium, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Police Pak, QS1, Qualtrics, RAMPrint, RAMTech, RAMWare, Mercury RMS, SAS, SPSS, Toad, Nuventive, TRBOnet, Windows, WinSCP, and Zoom. This service allows users to request the installation of software not available on the KBox Software Portal**.

Getting Started:

Click on the "Request Non-Banner Application Support" button in the top right to submit a ticket.

**The Office of Information Technology provides software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office 2016, SPSS, Respondus, TurningPoint, and other widely-used software applications on the KBox Software Portal, which allows the user to perform software installations on without the need for administrator-level privileges.
