Dashlane for Business Password Manager for Staff and Faculty

Welcome to Dashlane for Business!  We are incredibly excited to bring this product to all WSSU Staff and Faculty.  We are providing all of the resources below to get started with Dashlane.  

You will have received (2) welcome emails for Dashlane.  One will take you through setting up your account, and the 2nd email redeems your family account, which you can use to share a premium subscription for up to 10 people!

NOTE: We have a long-term goal of achieving 90% in our password health scores for our business accounts by Fall 2023

How do I request additional training or assistance with Dashlane? 

You can sign-up with Dashlane for a live-training session at any of their scheduled dates.  We will also host in-person training sessions beginning 2023.

How to Obtain Support for issues related to Dashlane (Coming soon)

1. Visit RAMTech and submit a ticket

2. Use the Non-Banner Applications form

3. When prompted, select "Desktop" in the drop-down Menu

4. Select Dashlane Password Manager as the selection choice in the 2nd drop down

5. Provide details of the issues you're experiencing so that an appropriate technician is assigned the case for review.
