Remote Access, VPN or VDI Support

 

Service Overview:

Faculty and staff can use this service to request remote access to university resources using our Virtual Desktop Instructure (VDI) system.  This allows faculty/staff to access the university’s computer systems from a remote location including from home or when out of town.

In addition, all users can submit requests related to the VDI terminals which are located in O'Kelly library as well as various residence hall labs, academic labs, and training locations.  

Getting Started:

Click on the "Request VDI/VPN Support or Access" button to the right.
