Desktop and Device Support

 

Service Overview:

This service is available for computers and other devices owned by the university. The university does not support personal devices of faculty, staff, and students.

Compatibility issues with network connectivity and university-provided software** may occur on devices that do not meet the minimum requirements specified. 

**Note that WSSU has a campus agreement that allows us to offer Microsoft Office, Windows 7, McAfee VirusScan, and certain other applications at no charge to students while attending WSSU.

Getting Started:
