Clearing the Browser Cache

The Internet browser (ex. Chrome) stores certain information to increase performance when
visiting websites. There are times however when cached files will cause errors in Banner 9 Admin Pages
For example, if the stored content is old and the application has been recently upgraded.

To resolve this problem, it's recommended that you clear your Internet browser cache after Banner updates..

Steps to clear your browser cache

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More(ellipses button)
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. Click the Advanced tab
  5. For time range, select All time.
  6. Check all boxes
  7. Click Clear data.
  8. Completely close all Chrome browsers.
  9. Try again
