- Page Content Managers - All information pages for the new MYWSSU portal have been assigned to the various university agencies/department that bears the responsibility to create, update, modify and delete the content as described by our MyWSSU Portal Governance. MYWSSU administrators are responsible for maintaining the integrity and security; info pages admins are responsible for maintaining page content.
- Announcement Managers - the document, "MyWSSU Announcements Process Guide 011923.pdf" located in Helpful Hints in the MyWSSU portal, contains the instructions and guidelines for creating announcements in MyWSSU. It also contains the criteria for creating an announcement and how to manage announcements in MyWSSU. This information is for Admins Only.
- For campus announcements three categories:
- Notice - all announcement admins can submit an announcement in this category.
- Alerts - all announcement admins can submit an announcement in this category.
- Emergency - only designated emergency personnel can submit an announcement in this category.
