     Mobile Learner App Setup

             The KnowBe4 Learner App allows you to access your KnowBe4 security awareness and compliance training anytime and anywhere. You can use it to complete training assignments, read messages, view badges, and more. Available for both iOS and Android devices, the KnowBe4 Learner App is compatible with Android 8 and later and iOS 11 and later.

Downloading the App:

1. Using either a desktop or mobile browser, log in to your KnowBe4 training account.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the page, and from the drop-down menu that populates select KnowBe4 Learner App.
3. The KnowBe4 Learner App page will open. On this page is a QR code for Android devices and a QR code for iOS devices. 

*If you're viewing this page on a desktop browser, you can use the camera app on your mobile device to scan the QR code for your device.*

*If you’re using a mobile browser, click If you would prefer to use a link instead of a QR code, click here. The page that opens will display a link for Android devices and a link for iOS devices. Click the link for your device.*

1. Download the KnowBe4 Learner App.
   1. On Android devices, the Google Play Store will open and you can download the mobile app.
   2. On iOS devices, the App Store will open and you can download the mobile app.

Link your device to your KnowBe4 account:

1. Once the app is installed on your mobile device, return to your browser and click Next. When you click Next, another QR code will display.

2. On your mobile device, open the KnowBe4 Learner App and tap Log In.

3. When prompted, use your mobile device to scan the QR code displayed on your desktop. Once scanned, you will be logged in and taken to the Training section of the app.

The setup is now complete, you can now access and complete your training from the KnowBe4 Mobile Learner App. If you have any issues or questions please contact the Security Team at security@wssu.edu.
