Briefcase

The ability to manage all project documentation.

Briefcase Management
1. Click Briefcase on the Navigation menu (see Figure 1).

2. Click the New button

3. Select Folder Add

4. Folder; create name (see Figure 2).

5. Click Folder to manipulate (see Figure 3).

6. Select Folder and drag files to add to Folder (see Figure 4).

7. If file exceeds 20 MB then file must be uploaded through the “Add Files” feature (see Figure 5).

8. Click Folder and select “Add Files” (see Figure 6).

9. Browse for file and upload (see Figure 7).

10. After upload “Add another file” or “Close this window” (see Figure 8).

11. To remove a document, click on file and select “Delete” (see Figure 9).
