Work Instruction I: Login & Set up

 

Signing into RAMSupport Service Portal

 

  1. Open a Google Chrome or Firefox Mozilla web browser window.
  2. Access the RAMSupport Service Portal 
  3. Click on Sign In.
  4. Login using your RAMID and Password credentials.
  5. Click Sign In.
  6. Click on your Name; select TDNext from the drop menu.

Desktop Setup

The Desktop view for projects in TDX can be setup to allow users to see the details of a project.  Users that have not setup a desktop for projects in TDX will see the following alert: “Your Projects/Workspaces desktop has not been configured” (see Figure 2).

TDX users shall use the following steps to setup their Project/Workspaces desktop:

  1. Click on Edit Projects/Workspace Desktop (see Figure 3).
  2. Click the Content tab.
  3. Click Edit Layout.
  4. Select the desired Layout option for your desktop (see Figure 4).
  5. Click Save to save changes for the desktop layout selected.
  6. Click & drag content tiles from the Available Content column to the desired columns of the selected layout.
  7. Click the Details tab to edit/add a Name or Description to a Desktop.
  8. Click Save to save changes (see Figure 5).

TDX Users can now view the Projects/Workspaces desktop created by clicking on Desktop or Projects/Workspaces from the Project/Workspaces navigation menu (see Figure 6).

Desktop Navigation

To view projects from project Desktop view: 

  1. Click on the Desktop (see Figure 7) tab to view your assigned TDX projects.  
  2. Click the Project Name.
  3. Respective project will open in a new window.

To view projects from Projects/Workspaces view:

  1. Click on the Projects/Workspaces tab (see Figure 8).  
  2. Click Manage Projects/Workspaces to view your assigned TDX projects.
  3. Click the Project Name. 
  4. Respective project will open in a new window.
