Service Overview:
Xtender is an online system that helps you store and find important documents without using paper files. With this service, should you need to use Xtender as part of your job, you can request access by submitting an Xtender Access Request ticket and getting your supervisor’s approval. If you need help with common issues like mapping a network drive, accessing a shared folder, logging in, missing or slow-loading documents, or general system performance problems, you can also this service to submit that support request. You can also request training, user guides, or report other issues.
