Service Overview:
When a user account is created, typically standard network drives or active directory groups are associated with the user's account. These drives and groups are:
- Departmental - usually denoted by the letter G (for Group).
- Individual - usually denoted by the letter H (for Home).
- Print - usually denoted by the letter P (for Print).
When drives/groups are missing or access needs to be granted, this service will accommodate those requests.
