Service Overview:
Use this service to reset your email account password or unlock your account. This service directs the user to the RAM Access Management Portal, also known as "RAMP". This service does not reset or unlock Banner accounts.
Importance Notices:
When setting a new password, the following password requirements must be met:
- Rule 1 - The password must include the items below:
- One UPPERCASE character (A-Z)
- One lowercase character (a-z)
- One number (0-9) OR one special character (!@#$%^&*)_+<>?{}|\:;'")
- Rule 2 - Password Length: Passwords must be 8-14 characters.
- Rule 3 - Password History: Passwords cannot be reused.
- Rule 4 - Your password cannot contain part of your username.
It is highly recommended that you select a password that is both easy to remember and difficult for others to guess.
