Submitting a RAMTech Ticket

Purpose:

This article will provide you with the basic understanding of how to traverse RAMTech and select the appropriate service request to meet your needs.

  1. Go to the WSSU web site.
  2. In the top right corner click on Faculty/Staff.
  3. Once the Quick Links appear select RAMSupport.
  4. Once in RAMSupport login and go to RAMTech
  5. Find and click on “Submit a Ticket”.
  6. You are now in the Service Catalog.

  1. Find and select the desired Category(i.e. Training) and follow the link.
  2. Once on the catalog page you find brief descriptions of each service available in the category. Please read about each type of Service Request to ensure that you select the best service form to address your needs, and as a result get a timely and effective response.
  3. Once you have selected the correct service request form. Please read the questions carefully and completely. Providing correct and detailed information in the request speeds up the processing time. Once you complete the form and click “Request” you’re done!
