Opening a Ramproof Secure Email: for External Users

Receiving a Ramproof Secure Email:

 

Once the external user has recieved the Secure Mail it will look similar to the one below:

The recipient can click the link or the HTML attachment to enter the Secure Email Portal. If it is the first time they are entering the portal they will be prompted to create a login that they will use from that point forward with Ramproof. If the recipient is using a mobile device they will have to forward the email to mobile@res.cisco.com and await a mobile link to come to their inbox. Example below:

Once they are logged in they will be able to view, and reply to the Ramproof Secure emails they have been sent. Example below:
