Project Navigation Menu
The project Navigation menu is located on left-side of the project window.
- Click on Project Details to Open, View or Edit.
- Click the Actions, Update, Refresh or Print buttons to perform functions (see Figure 1).

Project Details
To view and update high-level project status, health, and summaries.
- Click the Update button.
- Click the drop menu on the Status field.
- Select: In Process, Initiating, or On Hold.
- Click the drop menu on the Health field.
- Select: Green, Yellow, or Red.
- Set the Percent Complete (Click the up or down arrows to adjust the percentage).
- Add/Update Comments.
- Click the Notification field and select the name(s) of individuals who are to receive notifications (see Add Resource(s) section to add individual team members).
- Notify Other People allows additional notification recipients to be searched.
- Click Save (see Figure 2).
Click Save after all project information entries/updates.

General
Add and update project information i.e. Project Name, Type, & Account/Department (see Figure 3).
- Click General on the Navigation menu.
- Click the project information fields to add/update information.
- Complete all required fields.
- Click Save.

Project Dates
Update Project Dates as needed; track Project Management Documentation by entering sent and approved dates (see Figure 4).
- Click General on the Navigation menu.
- Click Project Dates.
- Add/Update project date fields as needed.
- Click Save.
