Captcha in the Epay system

Getting Started:

  A student may receive an error with Captcha in the Epay system.  To correct the problem, have the student clear their Cache. The ticket number associate with this case is 18261494.
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More(ellipses button)
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. Click the Advanced tab.
  5. For time range, select All time.
  6. Check all boxes
  7. Click Clear data.
  8. Completely close all Chrome browsers.
  9. Try again
