Captcha in the Epay system

A student may receive an error with Captcha in the Epay system. To correct the problem, have the student clear their Cache. The ticket number associate with this case is 18261494. |
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More(ellipses button)
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- For time range, select All time.
- Check all boxes
- Click Clear data.
- Completely close all Chrome browsers.
- Try again
