Installing and Logging into Adobe Creative Cloud

 

Installing Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Open a web browser, type in the address bar www.adobe.com (shown in the image below), and press Enter.

  • Click Sign In, located in the top right corner of the window (circled in the image below).

  • If you have used your WSSU email address for use with a personal Adobe Creative Cloud account, be sure to select Company or School Account, in order to access the applications provided under the university's subscription.

  • Click on Apps to view the available Creative Cloud applications.

  • Locate the Creative Cloud application (shown in the image below) and click Download.

  • Located the Creative Cloud Installer and click on it to run the installation.

  • Once the installation is complete, Adobe Creative Cloud will appear (as shown below).

Logging Into Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Open Adobe Creative Cloud (If it doesn't open automatically) by clicking on the icon (see Fig. 1A or 1B), or clicking on the Start Menu -> All Programs -> Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Type your WSSU email address (see Figure 2) and click on Continue.

**Users who were migrated from Adobe ID to Enterprise ID will need to log out of Adobe Creative Cloud first, to allow the application to reconfigure the change to your user account.

  • Click on Company or School Account (see Fig. 3). The school account will have your RAM ID in it.

  • You will be redirected to the WSSU login page (see Fig. 4). Type your RAM ID (part of the email address to the left of the “@” sign) and password.

After successfully logging in, you will be taken back to the Adobe Creative Cloud application window. Users who were migrated from Adobe ID to Enterprise ID may be asked to migrate old files prior to being taken back to the Adobe Creative Cloud application window. If migration is not done, the files created under the previous credentials will be unavailable.
