Assigning a Task Within a Ticket in TeamDynamix

1. Open any ticket.

2. Click on Add, Task

3. Fill out the new Ticket Task, including a Description, and then click Save.

4. If you then view the ticket itself, you will notice that under current activities, you can see the ticket assignments, shown below.  You can track progress by clicking on the task and noting the percentage complete.

5. Once the task is completed, it will disappear from current activities.  You can also see all open and closed tasks by clicking the Tasks/Activities button shown below.
