How do I turn on the projector and lower the screen in my classroom?
- Use the control panel located on the lectern or on the wall to turn the projector on and off. In most cases if it is a motorized projector screen it will come down and go up also. If it does not check the wall near screen for wall switch.
Why can’t I hear the sound when I play audio from the computer?
- Make sure the volume is turned up on the PC and the control panel located on the lectern or wall.
- Some classroom setups have a powered amp located on the workstation desk. Make sure the amp is powered on.
- The audio cable may be unplugged from the back of the PC or wall plate.

How can I connect my laptop to the projector?
- VGA/HDMI cable can be found on the lectern (or desk) or attached to the wall plate. Make sure to press the laptop button on the control panel on the lectern or the wall.

What do I do if the PC is not showing on the projector?
- Try pressing the PC button on the control panel located on the lectern or the wall.
- Right click on the desktop, click Display Settings. Under Multiple displays, click the drop-down arrow and click Duplicate these displays.

I do not see a button on the control panel for my laptop. How do I show my laptop on the projector?
- If you do not see a Laptop button on the control panel, make sure the PC is selected on the control panel and look for a black box on the lectern. There you will be able to switch from desktop to laptop, document cam and back to desktop. This configuration is primarily in Anderson Center Classrooms.
Why do I only see part of my desktop on the projection.
- Press another input such as DVD on the control panel, then press PC
- Try pressing the Off button on the control panel, then let the projector turn off. Then press the On button on the control panel to turn on the projector.

What do I do if the touch control panel is blank on the lectern?
- All touch panel have a motion detector, wave your hand in front of the panel. Sometimes you may have to touch the panel to wake it up.
