Viewing of the Status of Submitted Tickets

Purpose:

This article shows users how to view a list of their submitted tickets, as well as check the ticket status.

Getting Started:

  • On the Enrollment Management, Finance & Administration, Human Resources, or RAMTech portal, click on Services.

  • On the Service Catalog page, click Ticket Requests.

  • The Ticket Requests page will appear.

  • In the Status Class field, check the box of each status your associated tickets may have.

  • Click the Search button. All of your associated tickets, based on the selected status class, will appear.

  • After which, click on the name of the ticket to open it and review its content.
