This pin reset process only applies to voice mail boxes that are associated with individual users. Departmental voice mail boxes that are associated with main numbers will require a Ram Tech ticket to be submitted to have the pin reset.

Cisco Unity Assistant
Enter your network user name and password
Click On Messaging Assistant
Select Passwords and Change PIN
Enter new pin. Only use digits 0 through 9 and then select Save
