Changing Cisco Unity Voicemail Pin

This pin reset process only applies to voice mail boxes that are associated with individual users.  Departmental voice mail boxes that are associated with main numbers will require a Ram Tech ticket to be submitted to have the pin reset.

 

Click on the link below to access the Cisco Personal Assistant website.  You must be on campus or connected to the vpn to access this website.

 

Cisco Unity Assistant

 

Enter your network user name and password

 

Click On Messaging Assistant

 

Select Passwords and Change PIN

 

Enter new pin.  Only use digits 0 through 9 and then select Save
