- Electronic signatures: Upload a document that needs signing, add the signer’s email address, and then send the document.
- Mobile Sign: E-Signature App allows signing, tracking, and managing documents easily done on your mobile device.
- Tracking and Management: Real-time notifications, reminders, and deadlines help track every document sent out to be signed.
- Automatic Record Keeping: Securely stores final signed documents and audit trails of every transaction as your forms are signed.
- Bulk Sending: Send an agreement to multiple people to sign by setting personalized forms or fields to each signer.
- Agreement Templates: Add PDFs and documents as reusable templates so you can quickly collect signatures without starting from scratch each time.

How to access Adobe Sign:
- Adobe Sign is available to all Faculty and Staff as a Signer. As a Signer you can only sign documents. AdobeSign Login
- To request access as a Sender, and begin sending documents for signature, please submit a RAMTech ticket to request access.
