Purpose
Empower by SafetySkills is a Learning Management System offering engaging, online safety training courses for work, campus, and laboratory environments. SafetySkills uses 3D animation and relatable scenarios to provide crucial information. This system is available to faculty/staff in Facilities, Public Safety, Athletics, College of Arts and Sciences, and students with laboratory coursework. Course content is regularly reviewed by a team of experts as needed to stay compliant with evolving regulatory changes.

Getting Started
To access Empower by Safety Skills, follow these steps:

Visit https://wssu.mysafetyskills.com/. The page may briefly flash to the page below but then you will be redirected to the RAM ID login page (second screen shown).
- Log in with your RAM ID and Password. Your RAM ID is the first part of your email address before the “@” symbol. For example, if your email address is atkinss@wssu.edu, then your RAM ID will be atkinss.
- After logging in successfully with DUO Authenticator, you will now see your Dashboard.
