  • Submit a RamTech ticket: If the issue persists, submit a ticket including:

    • Steps you’ve already tried


Common Error Messages & Resolutions

"Unauthorized" or "Logon denied. Please contact the system administrator"

This is likely due to access or security permissions.

Resolution:

  • Confirm with your department that you have the necessary access.

  • If needed, submit a help ticket to request access.

Possible Causes:

Resolution:
