Summary
Instructions on how to navigate the Plans menu, create a card wall plan, edit a card wall plan, create a waterfall plan, edit a waterfall plan, import a waterfall plan.
Body
Plans
The ability to view and add project Plans (schedule) and/or Card Walls (tasks).
- Click Plans on the Navigation menu.
- Click the Plan Title (see Figure 1).
- Plan will open in a new window.
- See Create a Card Wall Plan and Create a Waterfall Plan sections.

Create Card Wall Plan
- Click Plans on the Navigation menu.
- Click the New button.
- Type the Name.
- Type the Description (optional).
- Select Type: Card Wall.
- Select No (Create an empty plan).
- Click Save.
- Select View the plan you just created or Close this window (see Figure 2).

Click Save after all project info entries/updates.

Edit Card Wall Plan
- Click Plans on the Navigation menu.
- Click the Plan Title (see Figure 1).
- Plan will open in a new window.
- Click the Plus icon to add a New task.
- Type Task Name.
- Click Save repeat as needed (see Figure 3).

- Go to respective task and click the Edit icon - pencil symbol (see Figure 4).
- Edit Title (if applicable).
- Type Description.
- Select a Start/End Date.
- Select a Priority level.
- Select who Responsible. (*Resources must be added)
- Select task color.
- Click Save.
- Click X to close task.
- Click and drag task(s) into the appropriate category: In Process, Completed
or On Hold (see Figure 5).

Click Save after all project info entries/updates.

Create Waterfall Plan
- Click Plans on the Navigation menu.
- Click the New button.
- Type the Name.
- Type the Description (optional).
- Select Type: Waterfall.
- Select No (Create an empty plan).
- Click Yes (Do you want to check this plan out now?)

- Select View the plan you just created or Close this window (see Figure 6).

Click Save after all project info entries/updates.
Edit Waterfall Plan

- Click Plans on the Navigation menu.
- Click the Plan Title (see Figure 1).
- Plan will open in a new window.
- Click the View Draft icon (top right corner) (see Figure 7).
- Click section under Title and type project schedule task(s) and press Enter.
- To create or edit New Task, Child Task (sub task), or Delete Task select and click (see Figure 8).
- Create project schedule task(s) as required and press Enter after each entry.
- To Create/Add/Update Start Date, End Date, or % (percentage); select box and double-click to enter info and press Enter to complete (see Figure 9).
- To close and post schedule click Check In (top right corner) (see Figure 10).
- Click Check Out (top right corner) to re-edit (see Figure 11).
- Close the window.

Import Waterfall Plan
- Click Plans on the Navigation menu.
- Click the New button.
- Type Name.
- Add/Update Description (optional).
- Select Waterfall radio button.
- Select Microsoft Project XML (see Figure 12).
- Click Yes (Do you want to check this plan out now?)
- Click Save.

Click Save after all project info entries/updates.
- Browse for file (see Figure 13).
- Select file name.
- Click Open.
- Select Import.
- Select “View the plan you just created” or “Close this window”.
