This article provides instructions for managing your email end-user digest messages. All messages flagged as potential spam will be sent to this portal, where you can review and manage the emails and email senders. We recommend reviewing your daily email digest to ensure important emails are not unintentionally flagged as spam.

End User Digest
Emails that are suspected spam will be sent to your email quarantine folder. Every day, you'll receive a daily digest email. Please review the instructions and information below on managing your suspected spam messages.

Instructions for email management
- Click hyperlink text "your email quarantine" as shown in the image above.
- Sign-in if prompted and bookmark the link.
- Tip: The link never changes. You can visit your quarantined emails anytime during the day to view messages as they arrive each day.
- Select any emails that are considered safe and choose an action in the drop-down as shown in the image below.

Action Explanation
- Release will allow the email to continue to your mailbox, but future messages from that sender will still go to your quarantine folder.
- Release and add to the safelist will allow the email to be delivered and prevent all future emails from that sender from going to your quarantine folder.
- Delete will delete any messages from your quarantine folder. Messages in this folder are deleted after 14 days regardless.
