A U2F Token is a piece of hardware (looks like a USB drive) that can clip on a keychain. When using Duo, instead of receiving a push notification, or text message, a user can plug in the U2F Token and tap the button on it to authenticate their login attempt. How to enroll a Security Key
1. On your computer (not your phone), go to https://ramweb.wssu.edu/apps/duo/
2. Login with your RAM ID and password (example username: monroep)
3. Choose an authentication method to allow access to your “My Settings & Devices”
4. Click “Add another device”
5. Click “Security Key”
6. Click “Continue
7. Insert and tap your Security Key to enroll, and follow subsequent instructions.
